This is our third new home build and your customer service, attention to detail, and quality of work was on a completely different level from the prior builders we had experience with. We had a huge comfort level from our initial dealings with Raphael and our high expectations were definitely met and even exceeded. The entire process went extremely smooth and was for once, a very enjoyable process. The fact that you are a family business and care about your Homes By Us name and reputation, was seen in all your staff and even the trades you have employed. Raphael's continuous updates, constant attention to every detail and amazing customer service was greatly appreciated. We couldn't imagine finding a better builder to deal with. Now that we are in our new home, the post move customer service provided by Denise has continued to be excellent. The small number of issues that have come up have been handled without any concerns and in a very efficient manner.

You should all be proud of the company you have built and the reputation you continue to deliver on, it's a rare find in this city.

We're moved in and starting to unpack, but looking in our garage (that's full of "Stuff") it is very apparent to Brenda and I that all of our furniture and our "Stuff" would absolutely NOT fit in the garage. We are very appreciative and extremely fortunate that we were able to move into our home earlier and avoid the likelihood of storage and the added stress of moving all of our possessions into our Home on our own at a later date....should you not have been able to pull it all together.

We very much appreciate the effort Everyone at HBU put forth to make this happen for us. It is not very often you hear of a Builder getting Customers into homes in 60-90 days (as you do regularly), but to be able to get Customers in early, for their convenience is a testament of your capabilities as a builder.

A year ago we moved into our second new home built by Homes By Us. We decided to build with them for a second time for three reasons:
